berry bliss bowl
Ingredients
1 cup frozen berries, warmed
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp hemp hearts
1/2 tsp chia seeds
12 roasted mixed nuts, chopped
Directions
1. Grab your favorite bowl :)
2. Mix yogurt and cottage cheese and protein powder in one side of the bowl.
3. Add berries to the other side of the bowl.
4. Top with nuts and seeds.
5. Enjoy!
