mango bliss bowl
Ingredients
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup fresh mango
1/4 cup mixed nuts, roasted, salted
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp hemp hearts
Directions
1. Grab your favorite bowl!
2. Mix yogurt, cottage cheese and protein powder in one side of the bowl.
3. Add mango to the other side of the bowl.
4. Top with nuts, seeds (and optional granola).
5. Enjoy!
