You is Boss
a guide to creating your personal standard of care
This isn’t about becoming perfect; it’s about becoming present.
Your Personal Standard of Care is your way of saying, “I matter, and I know what supports me.” It’s not a diet or a rulebook. It’s a rhythm — your rhythm.
Think of this as designing your personal playbook for feeling good — something you get to define, refine, and own.
Now grab a pen and paper, and let’s get to it!

Closing Reflection
Now consider giving a title to your completed piece (e.g. “My Body Blueprint,” “My Standard of Care,” or even “Project Glow” 😉)
Then:
Read your Standard of Care out loud. Feel it. Notice if it feels like pressure or peace. Tweak until it feels like love — and keep revisiting it as life continues to shape you into the beautiful, blooming human you are.
