the misFIT manifesto

who we are

We are the ones who walked away — from systems, from silence, from stories that didn’t honor our spirit.
Not because it was easy, but because staying small was too painful.

We know that to be truly fit — body, mind and soul — we must also accept that we may no longer fit in.
For when we start caring for ourselves, we challenge the systems that thrive on our disconnection.

And while we may lose the crowd, we find something far greater: the quiet magic of remembering who we are and the unapologetic joy of embracing our potential.

Thus we turn from the trembling voice of fear, disguised as our protector, towards the pull of our dreams, the whisper of intuition, and the ever-pounding ache of becoming.

And while some may call us lost, we call it listening—trusting our inner authority as our compass and our inner knowing as our northern star.

We are the misFITs —
not living to belong or to be loved,
but to live boldly as we are — to love our bodies, heal our minds, claim our purpose, and fill the world with light.
