lemon bundt cake
Ingredients
Lemon Cake:
2.5 Cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Lemon Glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Lemon Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Wisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Beat butter, oil, and sugar until pale and smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix gently, then add yogurt.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake 40-50 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan then invert onto cooling rack.
Brush on lemon glaze.
Drizzle with lemon frosting.
