lemon bundt cake

Ingredients

Lemon Cake:

2.5 Cups Flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/4 cups sugar

3 large eggs

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

Lemon Glaze:

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup lemon juice

Lemon Frosting:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Wisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. Beat butter, oil, and sugar until pale and smooth.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

  5. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.

  6. Add dry ingredients and mix gently, then add yogurt.

  7. Pour batter into pan.

  8. Bake 40-50 minutes.

  9. Cool 10 minutes in pan then invert onto cooling rack.

  10. Brush on lemon glaze.

  11. Drizzle with lemon frosting.
