vanilla maple syrup
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
tiny pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Add sugars and water to a saucepan.
2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer for 3–5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and salt.
4. Let it cool slightly as it will thicken as it sits.
